As a Business Development Associate, you will connect with potential clients, explain our services, generate leads, conduct market research, and build long-term customer relationships. Qualifications
- Handle inbound leads professionally, cold calling and client outreach
- Prospecting and deal closure techniques
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of CRM tools, sales analytics, and reporting
- Strategic thinking, market analysis, and planning capabilities
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Freshers with relevant skills are welcome
- Consulting or B2B sales experience is a plus
